Delivery & returns

UK delivery

• £3.50 per order, or free when your order is £25 or more.
• Orders are packed and posted within 2 working days with Royal Mail. Delivery usually takes a further 2–3 working days.
• You'll get an email receipt as soon as you pay. If your figures haven't arrived within 10 working days, email us and we'll track it down or send a replacement.

International delivery

• Europe: £6 per order — Royal Mail International, usually 5–10 working days after posting.
• USA: £9.50 per order — Royal Mail International with US duty prepaid by us, usually 7–14 working days after posting.
• Orders are posted within 2 working days, the same as UK orders.
• Europe: your country may charge import VAT, customs duty and a handling fee before delivery. These aren't included in our prices and are paid by you to your delivery company.

Changed your mind? 14-day returns

You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. Just email us to say so, then send the figures back unused within 14 days of telling us, to the address below. We'll refund the price of the figures and the original postage within 14 days of getting them back. Return postage is paid by you unless the item was faulty or wrong.

One-off custom figures made specially to your design can't be returned unless they're faulty, because they're made to your personal spec.

Damaged, faulty or wrong item

If anything arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, email us within 30 days with a photo and we'll replace it or give you a full refund, including postage. This doesn't affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Safety

Our figures contain small parts and aren't suitable for children under 3. They're sold as collectible display figures for ages 14 and up.
